Their story
Chef Charon Benchlouch grew up in the Paris suburbs and graduated from the prestigious Paul-Bocuse Institute in Lyon. Together with his wife Tania, they chose to settle in Quebec after traveling and cooking wherever they wanted. These gastronomic world tours were an opportunity to learn and perfect culinary techniques unique to each culture, in addition to the training received at Paul-Bocuse. Moreover, they renew the experience every day by offering comforting and flavorful cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean: dishes made from fresh and natural local ingredients as well as from elsewhere. A genuine taste and gastronomic experience to discover and rediscover without hesitation.
