ARRIVAL TIME: 3 PM TO 5 PM (FRIDAY 3 PM TO 8 PM) 

 DEPARTURE TIME: 11 AM

Please note that a late arrival after 5 p.m. on weekdays and 8 p.m. on Fridays will require you to access your suite independently without receiving the verbal welcome that characterizes us; it will be done the next day. The spa and the wood-burning fireplace will therefore not be accessible. Note the time of use of the hot tub in the Romeo and Juliet suite below. 




     

 DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING POLICY




1 or 2 nights: $200.00

3 nights and more: 50% of the stay

Massages: $100

By credit card, bank transfer or cash




BOOKING POLICY 




Weekend: 2 nights minimum (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday)

Long weekend: 3 nights minimum

From St-Jean-Baptiste to Labor Day, the holiday season, Valentine’s Day week, and spring break weeks: 2 nights minimum

Outside the periods mentioned above, it is possible to book for one night.

CANCELLATION POLICY




7 days or less before arrival or an early departure, the total cost of the stay will be charged.

8 to 14 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged.

If we re-book the room for the same period, the deposit is refunded, minus $50.00 for administration fees

Massages: With less than 24 hours notice, the total amount of treatments will be charged.




HOT TUB IN YOUR SUITE

They operate 24 hours a day except for the Romeo and Juliet suite, which operates from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.




PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPAS 




ALL OUR SUITES HAVE A SEMI-PRIVATE PATIO OR BALCONY WITH LAKE VIEW AND PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPA AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND.




The spa is rented for 2 people maximum.  It cannot be used at night from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. as stipulated in the Civil Code (Article 1457) on non-nuisance regulations for night-time noise.
